When do I receive my photos?
5- 7 business days from the date of your session. If you are working with a publicity or personal deadline, please let us know so we can prioritize your image processing.
How many images can I expect and is editing included with the price?
A 3-look session typically yields around 250–300 images, with Dana curating her favorites to help streamline your final selection. The initial images are delivered in a web-ready format, perfect for casting websites & social media. For print or press, we recommend larger files which would need retouching, priced at $45 per image. Please contact our studio directly for more information.

Do I need to book hair and makeup? Can I bring my own artist? Can I do my own hair & makeup?
Hair and makeup services are automatically booked & and charged separately for every headshot session. We work exclusively with our in-house hair and makeup team to ensure a seamless experience and consistent results. We’re unable to accommodate outside artists as our team is fully integrated into the creative process, being deeply familiar with Dana’s lighting & styling, allowing us to deliver the best possible images.​ Rest assured, we will always make sure you are comfortable and happy with the makeup and hair styling before shooting each look.

I need wardrobe help, do we need to meet before the shoot?
Styling is a collaborative, organic process that’s customized to each person. Most of the magic happens in the studio together with Dana and your makeup artist, so there’s no need to meet beforehand. We’ll send wardrobe guidance and prep tips once your appointment is confirmed, and we’re always happy to chat through any general questions you have.

Can I bring my own music?
Yes, of course you can bring music-whatever puts you in the mood. We also have a selection of music at the studio.

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you can pay your outstanding balance by credit card or Venmo. Your initial booking deposit can be paid by PayPal or Venmo.
